Modalities and timing of shipments
The products on sale are usually shipped the same day or, at most, the next day, upon receipt of the order with payment and sent by courier. If for any reason it was not possible to respect these timing of sending, you will be informed immediately so you are free to confirm or not the purchase.
Shipping costs include: packaging and shipping. Shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment and the country of destination.
Delivery times
Delivery times are statistically verified as purely indicative, depending on many variables.
For Italy:
1) Provinces of: Modena, Reggio Emilia, Mantova : within 48 hours
2) North and Central Italy: within 2-3 working days from the departure of the order.
3) South Italy: within 3-4 working days from the departure of the order.
4) Islands and remote locations generally within 5-6 days from the departure of the order.
Overseas: depending on the courier, the country and the mode chosen, it varies from 2 to 5 days
WARNING: in some periods of the year, such as Christmas holidays, delivery times may be subject to a significant increase that depends on the crowded shipments at the couriers.
Returns
Regulations for the protection of the customer and the right of withdrawal
(in application of the D. legisl. 21/02/2014 n° 21 to modification of the articles 45 and 67 of the dlg: 266/2005).
